The CMC Board of Missions would like to announce that the church plant in the Camrose, Alberta area has been approved and by the board and is moving ahead.  A building has been rented in Edberg, approximately 20 minutes south of Camrose, and God willing, the dedication for the church and ordination for George Krahn as pastor will take place on January 10, 2010 at the Edberg School.

If there is enough interest, the CMC Board of Missions would like to rent a bus for the trip to Camrose that weekend.  The cost would be approximately $200 per person, which includes hotel accomodations and bus fare.  Anyone interested in making this trip to Camrose to encourage George and Irene Krahn and the new church family at Camrose can contact Cornie Penner as soon as possible at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
